What you'll do

  • Resolve tickets and provide technical support to internal employees, addressing issues related to internal tools and systems
  •  Communicate with stakeholders across the globe to understand and address their technical needs, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Be the key touchpoint between developers and users, translating technical language into clear, understandable communication for non-technical employees to implement business solutions
  • Use your Sherlock Holmes skills to investigate and connect the dots when troubleshooting complex issues, identifying patterns and root causes
  • Maintain a curious explorative mindset, continuously learning about new features and functionalities within our systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer efficient global support, ensuring smooth and seamless operations for employees worldwide
  • Assist with onboarding and provide training to internal users, helping them get the most out of internal tools
  • Document solutions and research new ways to improve system performance and user experience
  • Support internal tool updates and optimizations in partnership with the development team

What makes you a good fit

  • Proven experience in technical support or IT support, with a knack for solving problems and offering clear solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across the world in fluent English
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones
  • A passion for research and continuous learning, particularly in the realm of software and system tools
  • Experience resolving tickets and working with ticketing systems to ensure timely issue resolution
  • A curious, explorative mindset and a natural inclination to dig deep to find solutions
  • Experience with Planisware (PLW) systems is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently while also leveraging your team for support and collaboration

Minimum salary: 1400 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
