What you'll do
- Collect and analyze peer competitor initiatives across all business areas and their financial performance
- Derive recommendations to support the business in taking strategic decisions with focus on competitor strategies
- Provide data and recommendations to marketing teams to act and react to current market developments / trends
- Update and drive usage of assessed data and developed tools
- Ensure consistency in market sizing methodology in the SBU / on BU level
- Develops, tracks and assesses economic indicators to better forecast business
- Collect and analyze customer insights to provide relevant customer intelligence to SUs and functions
- Manage and extract data from in-house and externally sourced market research databases
- Coordinate relationships and facilitate projects with third-party market research providers
What makes you a good fit
- Student who has successfully passed first semester in industrial engineering, management, business administration or similar
- Practical international experience in a B2B environment, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is advantageous
- Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
- Advanced digital tools know-how and MS Office skills, e.g. Power BI
- Self-motivated, result-oriented with excellent communication skills
- A strong analytical mind, team-oriented person with the ability to work at a high level of independence
- Availability as of January/ February
We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
