About this position
What you´ll do
- Contributes to strategic and tactical planning
- Identifies and drives new business development activities
- Supports R&D projects to business; Supports road-mapping of technology and business development
- Acts as an ambassador for the scientific community of Henkel business units
- Generates test plans and/or experiments; Participates in site safety and/or 5S programs
- Secures IP position in own area of development
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or related field is required; Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in product development of chemical industry or related field is required
- Experience in Chemical manufacturing, Electronics and/or Semiconductor are required
- Good communication in English is required and Korean is a must
- Excellent command of MS Office is required
- Able to go business trips aboard and/or countrywide
