What you´ll do
- Actively shape data and analytics projects by transforming business problems into concepts for data products and acting as a thought partner across business units and functions
- Develop and maintain the vision and plan of data projects, oversee the execution of that plan and manage the technical product life cycle
- Work in close collaboration with domain, data science and data platform experts using agile methods to deliver high quality data products at a fast pace
- Conduct ideation and innovation workshops, define and design ideas along the digital product lifecycle
- Cooperate with other departments, partners and third parties to drive business value
- Be part of the Data and Analytics team at Henkel
- Advance the team with your expertise and live a culture of constant learning, integrity, and mutual responsibility
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field, e.g., computer science, mathematics, business informatics, physics, statistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of work experience with a focus on data and analytics
- Proven track record of delivering analytics projects from business need to prototype and value generating solution
- Strong skills in presenting concepts in verbal and written format to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Hands on experience in big data technology, coding in SQL and python or similar languages
- Experience in the following areas is a plus: data preparation, data modeling, analysis, visualization and UI/UX design
- Fluent in English; German language skill is a plus
