About this position
What you´ll do
- Responsible for implementing the instructions & the orders passed by the Manager to achieve the desired production output.
- Ensuring effective analysis of the production process & optimal utilization of resources (RM, Machinery & Manpower).
- Assisting the team to maintain all the production documents at one place as per the SHE & ISO standards.
- Ensuring effective Creation & Controlling of SAP & Master data.
- Providing necessary technical support to team members & to the other plant technical team if required.
- Providing technical training to the staff as well as workers.
- Conducting the risk assessment of the production division.
- Complete one on one meeting with production supervisors & the team members on a monthly basis with regard to the production & the individual performance.
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
- Should have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of Manufacturing & 2 to 4 years in chemical industry.
- Should have experience in Project Management.
- Should have very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good proven leadership and management skill.
- Must show proficiency in critical and analytical thinking.Ability to manage efficiently in high stress situations
- Should have very good SAP & FPC (Factory Production system) knowledge
