- Extensive HR Business Partner experience in a global MNC, manufacturing experience is preferred. Proven track record of leading change management, talent development initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of mainland China, Taiwan and Hongkong legal employment conditions, labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices are must haves.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and the frontline employees with empathy. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- A proactive problem-solver, with ownership of projects from start to finish. Must demonstrate passion, dedication, and resilience in addressing challenges.
- Ability to lead & manage the project and change across.
- Highly collaborative. agile and open to new ideas.
- Readiness to travel between mainland China, Taiwan and Hongkong on regular basis.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
