About this Position
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will manage the strategy and P&L for the Total Independent Grocery business at HCB, overseeing range reviews, new product launches, revenue management, promotional programs, and negotiating price increases and investment plans with various customer retailers.
What you´ll do
- Defines and executes global, regional, and local account strategies, including revenue and target plans.
- Identifies business opportunities and manages development budgets for key accounts and objectives.
- Translates customer strategies into a joint innovation roadmap and drives solution selling.
- Develops long-term relationships with key accounts, executives, and sponsors while optimizing sales processes.
- Analyzes KPIs, supports internal resources, and ensures timely execution of account strategy and administrative tasks.
What makes you a good fit
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
- Proven background in sales or account management in the FMCG industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and vLookUp) and advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven individual.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
