What you'll do
- Develop a long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for key categories
- Create portfolio mapping tools and refine pricing strategy
- Support regional product strategy execution, including managing portfolio, pricing, segmentation, and phase-in/out processes
- Optimize product profitability and drive regional COGs projects in collaboration with the Product and Technology Management team
- Analyze the portfolio using advanced tools like Power BI, Sales BI, and Pros Insights
- Handle ad-hoc requests and engage in both strategic projects and daily challenges
- Gain deep insights into the General Manufacturing and Maintenance Business Unit at Henkel and the complexities of a large organization
- Build an international network and leverage your language skills in a multi-lingual environment
What makes you a good fit
- Student who has successfully passed at least two years of business, economics or similar studies
- Relevant practical experience or first exposure to marketing, consulting, strategy or business development are a plus
- Fluency in English language, other languages are beneficial
- Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- High self-motivation with good organizational skills to be able to process projects independently
- Communicative and enthusiastic team-player with high level of personal commitment
- Available as of January 2025
We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
