What you´ll do
The Process & Systems Expert serves as the key project manager for executing supply chain improvement initiatives. This role takes ownership of approved innovation projects from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and generate the desired financial and operational impact. The Process & Systems Expert also drives process optimization and systems enhancements to enable more efficient and effective supply chain operations.
- Lead and manage supply chain innovation projects from ideation through to completion.
- Develop project charters, timelines, and detailed work plans to effectively manage stakeholders and ensure project goals are met.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, resource needs, and potential risks.
- Oversee the implementation of process improvements, technology upgrades, and system optimizations in collaboration with dx and functional teams.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust plans as necessary to achieve success.
- Ensure that project outcomes deliver the expected financial and operational benefits delivering targeted performance improvements.
- Liaise with stakeholders across the supply chain to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project.
- Act as a change agent, driving process adherence and continuous improvement post-project completion.
- Continuously evaluate existing supply chain processes and systems to identify inefficiencies.
- Provide regular status updates on projects, including financial impact, resource usage, and projected outcomes.
- Document key learnings and best practices to share within the team for future projects.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain project management, systems implementation, or process optimization.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to successful completion.
- Expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in process and systems innovation, with a track record of measurable improvements.

The salary for this role is $100,00.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
