What you'll do
We are seeking an innovative and motivated SHEQ Culture Specialist to champion the development of an engaging and sustainable Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) culture within our organization. This role focuses on creating compelling content and training programs that make SHEQ principles accessible, inspiring, and actionable. As a cultural ambassador, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, foster leadership engagement, and drive continuous improvement in SHEQ practices across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and deliver engaging global SHEQ training programs utilizing innovative methods such as interactive videos, digital platforms, and live facilitation to ensure employees understand and embody SHEQ principles
- Create promotional strategies and content that make complex SHEQ topics accessible, inspiring, and aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with leadership and teams to integrate SHEQ standards into daily operations and exemplify commitment to a strong SHEQ culture
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and team-building activities during training sessions to enhance collaboration and strengthen interdepartmental relationships
- Evaluate and optimize SHEQ initiatives through performance tracking and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance across diverse teams and contexts
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Digital Content Creation, or a related field
- Alternatively, extensive experience in creative content development, brand communication, or digital marketing
- Proficient in digital tools, project management, and creating engaging content (e.g., videos, interactive training).
- Experience with promotional strategies and making complex SHEQ topics accessible and engaging
- Motivated by continuous improvement, resilient, and solution-oriented
- Collaborative and culturally agile, able to work under pressure and in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English, additional languages, like German, are a plus
