About this position



What you´ll do

  • Understand business needs, translate workforce needs into talent attraction & recruitment approaches.
  • Keeping the business needs at the forefront while improving the overall effectiveness of the recruitment strategies.
  • Enable, coach and monitor RPO to ensure high quality daily recruitment delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with key business leaders and HRBPs.
  • Support TA initiatives implemented in supported departments. 
  • Lead and drive talent acquisition excellence projects, including, recruiter upskilling, process improvement initiatives, tool implementation, and other projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition function in North Asia countries.
  • Enable HRBPs, hiring managers & recruiters in the region to be successful talent scouts by providing the best toolkits, collaboration platforms & practices.
  • Enable best hiring experience for hiring managers, interviewers and candidates until end of onboarding.
  • Stay abreast of recruitment trends, developments, and best practices, and leverage this information to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team, to identify and implement improvements to our processes and practices.

What makes you a good fit

  • 8+ years managing all phases of the recruitment process in multinational company environment with strong recruitment professional skills. Also be able to coach and develop recruiter.
  • Rich experience on lead TA/recruitment excellence projects is highly preferred, cross country project experience would be even better.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player.
  • Strong self-motivation, problem-solving abilities and learning agility.
  • Fluent oral and written English. Japanese or Korean skills will be a plus.
