Today we are looking for a Key Account Manager E-commerce for our offices in Nieuwegein (Utrecht) in the Netherlands

 

What you´ll do

  • The Key Account Manager (E-commerce) is responsible for the achievement of profitable sales with all the pure player customer accounts.
  • Develop and agree on annual joint business plans that align Henkel objectives and strategies with those of the customer.
  • Accountability and responsibility for P&L on customer level, following KPI’s: turnover, profit and market share.
  • Further build and execute a winning E-commerce strategy that’s aligned with the overall sales and marketing priorities.
  • Negotiate annual investments & counter performances, always looking for win-win situations.
  • Monitoring customer performance and proactively adapt your plans accordingly.
  • Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with the customer & internal stakeholders (demand planners, customer service).
  • Establish and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with key accounts.

What makes you a good fit

  • Masters degree required.
  • Native Dutch and Excellent knowledge of English. 
  • 2-3 years of account management experience. Working with online customers or other omni-channel retailers is a pre.
  • Able to set clear priorities.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Hands-on approach.
  • Cross-functional team player.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of working in Excel.
  • Prior functional experience in sales, marketing, category management, etc. preferred.
