Today we are looking for a Key Account Manager E-commerce for our offices in Nieuwegein (Utrecht) in the Netherlands
What you´ll do
- The Key Account Manager (E-commerce) is responsible for the achievement of profitable sales with all the pure player customer accounts.
- Develop and agree on annual joint business plans that align Henkel objectives and strategies with those of the customer.
- Accountability and responsibility for P&L on customer level, following KPI’s: turnover, profit and market share.
- Further build and execute a winning E-commerce strategy that’s aligned with the overall sales and marketing priorities.
- Negotiate annual investments & counter performances, always looking for win-win situations.
- Monitoring customer performance and proactively adapt your plans accordingly.
- Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with the customer & internal stakeholders (demand planners, customer service).
- Establish and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with key accounts.
What makes you a good fit
- Masters degree required.
- Native Dutch and Excellent knowledge of English.
- 2-3 years of account management experience. Working with online customers or other omni-channel retailers is a pre.
- Able to set clear priorities.
- Proactive attitude.
- Hands-on approach.
- Cross-functional team player.
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of working in Excel.
- Prior functional experience in sales, marketing, category management, etc. preferred.
