What you'll do
- Content Creation: Serve as the primary creator of motion and still content for Henkel Consumer Care brands, aligning assets with brand guidelines and objectives
- Production Leadership: Lead on-set photography and videography for small- to medium-scale productions; collaborate with external crews for large-scale efforts
- Technical Oversight: Guide lighting, camera setup, and framing to enhance storytelling and technical quality
- Post-Production Collaboration: Work with external teams and freelancers, coordinating workflows for seamless content delivery
- Data Management: Organize and maintain footage storage for efficient access and post-production
- Versatile Content Production: Produce a variety of content styles, from high-quality video and photography to platform-specific formats like Instagram Stories and TikTok videos
- Equipment Stewardship: Maintain Henkel-owned equipment and recommend technological upgrades
- Team Collaboration & Travel: Engage with interdisciplinary, international teams across diverse backgrounds and expertise, with availability for work-related travel to support productions outside Henkel’s on-site studios in Düsseldorf
What makes you a good fit
- Experience & Technical Expertise: 3+ years in production or creative agencies, with strong skills in lighting, camera operation, and familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
- Creative Vision: Proven ability to create engaging, brand-specific content tailored to diverse styles and platforms
- Organizational Excellence: Strong time management, handling multiple projects under strict deadlines
- Adaptability & Platform Knowledge: Expertise in trends and content optimization for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Collaborative & Multilingual Communication: Flexible team player with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in dynamic, international environments
- Fluent in English, with German or other languages considered a plus
