What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental science, engineering, business administration or related field Master’s degree preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, marketing, or business development, and ideally directly connected to sustainability management, preferably in a large and complex organization
• Demonstrated leadership, project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
• Ability to take initiatives and implement solutions with little direction 
• Open-minded, flexible and self-motivated team-player
• Inspiring person with strong communication skills and ability to build networks 
• Strong passion for sustainability issues and trends, and the ability to translate them into business opportunities and solutions
• Fluency in English

The salary for this role is $135,000.00 - $185,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
