In Henkel’s Automotive division, we provide our customers in the automotive processing industries with outstanding system solutions, a comprehensive technology portfolio and specialized technical services. We are the key partner and solution provider in the design, development and manufacture of cars and trucks worldwide. What you'll do
- Active involvement in our Automotive Components division with focus in the fields of business development and strategy deployment for our market segments for interior and exterior components and surface pre-treatment
- Drive market analyses for new business applications/trends as well as currently uncovered regional territories, incl. assessment of business potential, identification of key customers and evaluation of the competitive landscape
- Support the development of business reviews and assessments of future business potential for selected technologies and applications
- Assist in developing training materials for technical trainings, incl. lab analyses and data evaluation
- Take ownership of specific work packages in ongoing strategy projects and gain insights in various business activities, incl. strategy definition and implementation, technical & application engineering, sales and customer activation
What makes you a good fit
- Student who has successfully passed first semesters in industrial engineering, business chemistry, business administration or a comparable field of study with sympathy to technical topics
- Practical or international experience, e.g. by semester abroad or previous internships
- Advanced English language skills and good knowledge of German or other European languages would be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel
- Passion for the automotive industry
- Strong strategic thinking and affinity for technical and engineering topics
- Profound conceptual skills combined with business understanding
- Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills
- Available for a 5-6-month internship starting in February 2025
We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
