What you'll do

  • To lead a sales team in Central China King's HHD team.  Formulates sales strategies with GKAM team and key account management plan, achieves  NES and profitability targets set from the AEE management team.
  • Achieve the NES growth target of equal to or above 10% annually  in the  responsible key accounts, develop new application/account to achieve the management expectation.
  • Content of Accountabilities (Spent time %)

  • Drive to achieve the sales NES and profitability targets for the responsible region, through  winning new businesses, and at the same time, maintaining our leading position in the key accounts.  40%
  • Work closely with the Distribution Management Team to develop business plan, sales activates and project management in the responsible region. 10%
  • Work together with Marketing, and PD, TS team to drive for the ADP (Adhesive Development Projects) into the market in the responsible region. 30%
  • Take responsibilities for the accounts management in other aspects like Supply Chain, Account receivable, inventory control, stock forecasting, credit term management etc. 10%
  • Manage other sales functions: ACE database management; sales monthly reporting, RFC report and other sales reporting activities. 10%

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry / Engineering/ Automation.
  • 5-10 years working experiences in Chemical or Engineering.
  • Excellent English Level.
