- Minimum of 5+ years in a National Business Management role or similar Sales role.
- Strong track record in Retail FMCG National Business management coupled with outstanding commercial acumen.
- An exceptional negotiator with strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and direct strategies and build relationships.
- Resilience – demonstrated ability to cope with ambiguity and overcoming challenges.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a diverse team.
- Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
