YOUR ROLE
- Determine how to best capture and interpret customer, and potential customer, data from a range of sources and communicate the findings across functions
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to learn what motivates customer, and leverage this data in support of business interests
- Lead on customer propensity analysis and leverage this intelligence to improve marketing strategy as well as design research programs to address business needs
- Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable B2B customer insights and recommendations
- Identify customer unmet needs and research tactical and transformation solutions
- Manage data quality and ensure actionable uses organization wide
- Provide expert advice on the best analytical tools and software
- Develop a strategic data transformation plan and communicate this framework to relevant stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in data science and engineering, Maths, Statistics or related field – MBA is a plus
- 10+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence related fields
- Strong numerical and statistical skills - ability to apply creative analytical methods to solve problems and expertise leveraging analytical tools
- Customer-centric approach – broad industry experience is a plus
- Ability to deliver work that has numerous tactical applications in a clearly visual form
- Managerial skills driving teams specialized in Business Intelligence
