What you'll do

  • Make an impact in Henkel’s journey to excellence in end-to-end customer experience by supporting our digital transformation with the goal to become a fully customer centric and data-driven organization
  • Help to manage the backlog and attend regular agile meetings with both business counterparts and development teams
  • Craft requirements as user stories within an Azure DevOps environment and contribute to technical feasibility analyses
  • Assist with documentation of processes, manuals for application usage and regular communications about platform updates and meeting agendas
  • Test new features to support confirming acceptance of requirements
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing by supporting the business users with best practices
  • Cooperate closely with customer experience, IT, legal, architecture, security and compliance teams

What makes you a good fit

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters in IT and/or business administration
  • International experience, able to communicate with multiple stakeholders in different countries and contexts
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Experience with SAP SD module is a plus
  • Very good business acumen, results driven, self-motivating and hands-on approach
  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail, with familiarity in agile project management principles
  • Good presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to attend early/late meetings with colleagues located in different time zones
  • Availability as of January

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
