What you'll do

  • Prepare print-ready files by performing the established steps in accordance with printer specifications and brand guidelines
  • Use Esko plugins and softwares to perform prepress
  • Perform color separation, colour retouching and color proofing
  • Review and approve vendor’s print proof
  • Release print-ready artwork files based on transfer procedure and within the project timeline
  • Quality gatekeeping for print feasibility and consistency of art by checking design with printer specifications, historical data and print tendencies
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Marketing, Research and development (R&D) and others—as well as with external partners printers or supplier

What makes you a good fit

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design and Printing Technology or related course
  • Minimum of three (3) years' relevant work experience in Artwork & Prepress
  • Advanced knowledge in packaging and print preparation
  • Advanced technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop (for color retouching), Acrobat Pro; Esko Automation is highly preferred
  • With high level of accuracy and attention to detail and must have project management skills
  • Strong communication skills - Fluent English (written/verbal interaction in an international environment)
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
