What you'll do
- Remite oportunidades de ventas, comentarios de clientes e información de la competencia a los contactos apropiados dentro de la organización.
- Manejar ciclo de venta de productos
- Atender cartera asignada de clientes, comunicarse con clientes potenciales y construye relaciones positivas que generan ventas futuras y negocios repetidos.
- Prepara y ofrece seminarios, capacitaciones y soporte técnico.
- Gestiona quejas y la línea directa técnica para clientes.
- Brinda capacitación interna sobre productos al equipo de Ventas.
Lo que le convierte en un buen candidato
- Tener estudios finalizados y titulo de carreras como Ingeniería, Química, Industrial o afines.
- Tener experiencia desde 2 años realizando ventas técnicas o en industria manufacturera.
- Manejo intermedio de paquete Office
- Dominio intermedio de inglés a nivel comunicacional
- Tener disponibilidad de visitar en terreno a clientes
- Residir en Guatemala y tener disponibilidad de viajar a región Cenam.
