What you'll do
Become a key member of our Local HR team in Bratislava, supporting around 2,000 employees across Henkel Slovakia. This includes our Global Business Solutions+ center, Business Units, and Functions. You’ll be part of a team of 4 HR Business Partners working together to inspire collaboration and excellence.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Act as the go-to HR partner for management, addressing workplace challenges with effective solutions.
- Drive Daily Operations: Manage HR operations and case management for seamless day-to-day processes.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Implement HR policies aligned with Henkel’s corporate standards and Slovak labor regulations.
- Use HR Analytics: Turn data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Empower Performance & Growth: Collaborate on talent reviews, leadership development, salary adjustments, and retention strategies.
- Innovate through Partnership: Work with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and global HR teams on impactful projects and initiatives.
- Engage Beyond HR: Join diverse employee resource groups (ERG), bring fresh ideas into your projects, and contribute to cross-functional, cross-country, or cross-region initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
- A minimum of 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Knowledge of Slovak labor law and HR best practices.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, international, and dynamic environments.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage complex situations independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively.

Minimum salary: 2100 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
