Lo que hará
- Responsable de recomendaciones de productos, aplicaciones de productos personalizados, demostraciones de nuevos productos y resolución de problemas para los clientes.
- Aconsejar a los clientes sobre soluciones que generen valor para sus casos de uso.
- Trabajar con equipos de aplicación para brindar soluciones que mejoren los procesos relacionados con los adhesivos del cliente.
- Informar sobre problemas de calidad/reclamos de clientes a las partes pertinentes de la organización.
- Responsable de la aplicación de productos/capacitación técnica y entrenamiento de las fuerzas de ventas de campo y los clientes.
Lo que le convierte en un buen candidato
- Tener Titulo en Ingenieria (mecanica, electronica, mecatronica, industrial) o afines.
- Tener desde 3 a 5 años de experiencia brindando soporte a clientes en temas industriales.
- Dominio intermedio de Paquete Office
- Dominio intermedio de ingles a nivel comunicacional
- Tener disponibilidad para visitar a clientes en terreno
