YOUR ROLE

  • Drives regional packaging project management and execution of projects
  • Facilitate and support product launches by proper packaging selection and development especially new / innovative technical solutions for packaging (materials, designs, processes, etc.) and new test procedures
  • Continuously reduce packaging complexity
  • Qualification of alternative sources for packaging articles
  • Drives reduction in time-to-market of products (T2M)
  • Drives improvement of packaging master data accuracy incl. execution & documentation of qualification of new/modified packaging components and harmonized article creation (e.g. IPAS) processes
  • Sustainability: Drive & execute packaging sustainability projects in the region (E2E) and reduce material usage / enable re-use / recycling
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure legal compliance for all packaging materials in use, specifically for dangerous goods
  • Cost-of-Goods-Sold (COGS) reduction programs: Drive & execute implementation of cost reduction projects / initiatives and drive/coordinate alternative supplier development (actively support complexity reduction)
  • Safety: Consider safety and sustainability for all packaging development

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 7 years of experience
  • Should be any graduate & have a Diploma in Packaging engineering certificate
  • Should have experience into project management, packaging management and effective stakeholder management
  • Skill and know-how of Process improvement & Portfolio management
