YOUR ROLE

  • Customer’s care in Hungary & development of new customers and opportunities
  • Combine technical expertise with sales skills to promote and sell complex technical products to clients
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their technical needs and issues, provide technical support

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop comprehensive and customized proposals for potential clients

  • ACE database: project development and maintenance, reporting
  • Tests/trials of new technologies
  • Monthly sales reporting
  • Support of commercial planning process
  • Organizing of customer’s Innovation Days and specialized customer events
  • Collaboration in region and EU on development of new technologies

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in technical management or engineering (chemical)
  • Min. 5 years of proven experience in similar position
  • Technical expertise to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Effective communication skills for conveying technical information and building client relationships
  • Fluent English & Hungarian language skills are required
  • Problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and find customer-centric solutions
  • Solid sales skills, including negotiation, to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, for a cohesive work environment
  • Experience working with databases and knowledge of MS Office
  • Driving licence category B
