YOUR ROLE

• • Operates day-to-day credit management activities & ensures proactive risk-avoidance
• Authorizes non-standard payment terms for risky customers in coordination with sales managers and country risk awareness
• Reports payment terms development & performance
• Conducts risk assessments for all LCM customers & updates approval sheets
• Monitors credit risks, analysis, & mitigates risks, while enabling sales & avoiding bad debts
• Ensures and safeguards Global Credit Policy and regional amendment Customer visits
• Supports business on commercial agreements, ensuring internal & external networking
• Conducts regular reporting
• Acts as escalation level for BU's and GBS in all OTC-sub processes
• Tracks, analyzes and optimizes account receivables & collection activities
• Drives end-to-end process optimization and implementation of best practices in

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced English
• Negotiation and analytical skills
• 3 - 4 years of experience in similar position
• Experience in team leadership
• ERP systems stress resistant Complex problem solving
