YOUR ROLE

  • Drive brand growth to outperform the market & further strengthen Henkel brands by understanding our competition & developing annual strategic plans.
  • Plan and launch new initiatives based on international NPD developments.
  • Translate brand and consumer insights using market data research into strategies and activities that drive long-term business success.
  • Develop and execute best practice marketing activation that deliver brand objectives.
  • Work closely with agency partners (media, PR, creative), to brief and manage campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Category team to agree, develop and execute key launches and sales promotional activity.
  • Continuously review the sales forecast and take corrective action to ensure annual targets are met.
  • Monitor consumer feedback on a monthly basis from Consumer Advisory and take necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with Category management, Sales, Finance, procurement, supply chain to drive the business towards the set growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the Global team to build and drive the brand values and execute the brand strategy.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong experience with consumer understanding and ability to understand market and consumer insights, spot market trends and generate actions.
  • Strong project management skills, focused on delivering key milestones on time and inline with targets.
  • Very good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Degree educated, or equivalent, ideally within Business or Marketing.
  • Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems.
  • An in-depth knowledge of marketing with at least three years experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proactive work ethic.
  • Passion for innovation and brands.
  • Good attention to detail.
