YOUR ROLE
- Coordinating existing sales activities for responsible customer portfolio within Central Anatolia / Black Sea Region
- Developing business opportunities to increase sales across responsible area for the Adhesive Technologies, Vehicle Repair Maintenance Unit
- Delivering KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined accounts
- Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, profit and gain market share
- Executing customer roadmap and managing / closing respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
- Developing and managing projects to fulfil the technical needs of the customers
- Managing distributors and improving technical knowledge of the distributor staff
- Giving input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
- Providing technical information to the customers concerning Vehicle Repair & Maintenance Adhesive Technologies
- Conducting market analysis, supporting roll-out activities of selected customers
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or related departments
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial/automotive after market sales
- Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Team-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable to managing various business-related challenges.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and is flexible with travel requirements
