YOUR ROLE
- Manage complex, global and cross regional innovation and business projects at the operational level for Adhesives Consumers & Craftsmen (ACC)
- Work together closely with the Product Owners, align on project targets and create project plans together
- Ensure timely delivery and guide team members on most effective process, the correct use of project tools, methodologies and facilitate the team meetings
- Identify risks and use root-cause analytics to define effective counter measures together with the Product Owner and the team
- Leverage agile methods to streamline project management and give accountability to the team
- Use digital project management tools to support agile project management and facilitate project reporting
- Take responsibility in solving problems and escalating them where necessary
- Analyze project management processes to identify optimization potential and lead implementation of respective actions
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in business administration or similar
- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, PD, Supply Planning or Project Management
- Experience working with global/cross regional teams
- Broad business knowledge & good technical process knowledge
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams toward successful project completion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective teamwork
- Agile & entrepreneurial mindset
- Agile & classic project Management skills
- Fluent English language skills
