YOUR ROLE
- Develop annual e-Commerce channel strategies (e-4P) and plans in line with business objectives; Ensure to implement plans and promotional activities, and keenly monitor sell out progress and evaluate them
- Lead e-Commerce team to drive traffic to accelerate e-Commerce sales and revenue via. effective e-communication (banner and SEO) and promotions
- Build trust, and foster a relationship with customers (Buyer, in stock manager, Ad manager)
- Ensure to stabilize retail selling price by close monitoring of price with proactive actions in terms of promotions, e-banner, and SEO; Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends, and identify business opportunities for sustainable growth
- Work in close cooperation with other sales channels, trade marketing and global e-Commerce team to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
- Keenly monitor sell out trend and inventory level, and own to manage responsible account demand to minimize possible out of stock risk and sales loss risk
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
- Minimum of five (5) years work experience in Online or Offline Sales and/or Trade Marketing of FMCG industry is required
- Excellent command of MS Office is required
- Good communication in English is required and Korean is native
- Understanding of role and responsibilities of key account management; Business minded and customer-oriented, self-motivated, high-performance behavior, agile attitude to learn and understand customer’s requirements and shopper movements
- Communication skills to build cross functional teamwork, ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation skills, organizational, planning and prioritization skills
