YOUR ROLE
- Provide and manage autonomously IT local services to ensure service excellence, supporting local requirements and meeting customer expectations.
- Operates local IT services in the area of responsibility and supports the IT infrastructure in the other areas.
- Manages changes to the IT infrastructure and carries out all assigned roll-out activities for new standard operations.
- Responsible for the set-up, analysis, implementation, operation, re-launch and decommissioning of technology components.
- Guarantees, in rotation with another member of staff, 24x7 support availability for the Montornes site, capable of identifying, classifying, following up and resolving possible failures in the local IT/OT infrastructure, minimising the impact on production.
- Optimise and organise the exchange of information with other internal/external organisational units and functions, local point of contact for the exchange of information and clarification of processes.
- Work closely with local service providers and global service parties
- Implements and ensures local compliance with corporate policies, standards and procedures.
YOUR SKILLS
- +5 years of experience required in the sector and valuable international experience
- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science or engineering informatics
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience and knowledge about Project management, ITIL Processes & Microsoft, Cisco/Aruba/Networking Certifications (if available)
- Good teamplayer and good communication skills to interact with different stakeholders
- Availability to travel occasionally to Portugal
