YOUR ROLE
- Independently delivers assigned strategic projects (incl. cross-SBU projects) including definition and full ownership of project roadmap & plan
- Collaborates with stakeholders of all segments and functions
- Drives project management process across regional business unit and continuously improves project management and delivery within the SBU
- Continuously tracks & reports status of all regional strategic initiatives
- Co-creates regional business unit strategy & business model and supports their implementation
- Develops Mergers & Acquisitions strategy for regional business unit incl. identification & evaluation of M&A targets in line with global/regional strategy & business model
- Supports Senior Management with preparation & communication of strategic content to different stakeholder groups
- Supports research and analysis of market trends, market segmentation, channel strategies, customers, and competitors
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of relevant work experience and experience in management consulting, project management or strategy development
- Excellent structural and strategic thinking capability
- Strong analytical and data processing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong team collaboration
- Fluent English skills
