- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required;
- At least five (5) years related law firm or in-house experience in Patent law;
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and a willingness to learn other systems, including Henkel’s global contract management and Unycom docketing system, and the USPTO’s patent center;
- Notary public certification is a plus;
- Ability to interact with Henkel colleagues, outside counsel and other 3rd parties with which Henkel is transacting business in a highly professional manner; and
- Patent law firm or in-house experience, with patent docketing and/or management experience.
The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
