YOUR ROLE
- Analyze and manage data within digital tools, coordinate with stakeholders to address data gaps, ensure accuracy, and maintain high data quality.
- Assist in the deployment and integration of new digital tools and systems, ensuring they are properly configured and aligned with our needs.
- Provide training and technical support to the global team on digital tools, including troubleshooting issues, gathering feedback, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
- Prepare and analyze materials for Procurement Director to provide insights for strategic reviews, including presentations, feedstock analysis, etc.
- Monitor the development of packaging KPIs and ensure compliance with spend management policies.
- Ad-hoc project support on topics such as driving our sustainability agenda or strategic category work.
YOUR SKILLS
- Strong skills in data analysis using software like Excel. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage data quality.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and create comprehensive reports and dashboards with Power BI.
- Strong curiosity to continually learn and deepen expertise in new tools and processes.
- Ability to clearly communicate and explain technical knowledge, ensuring understanding across a global community.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate projects effectively.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, Power Point and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table etc), knowledge of SAP is a big plus.
- Fluent in English is mandatory, both written & spoken, any other language is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
