YOUR ROLE

• Facilitate GHR Integration Discovery Sessions
• Maintain Data Dictionary for GHR to Dayforce API functionality
• Understand the GHR to Dayforce API functionality
• Coordination of new or changed fields added to GHR
• Create timelines & project plans for all data migration activities for each country 
• Support country champions on the extract of data from legacy systems
• Transform legacy data and create Dayforce load templates 
• Support and coordinate cutover activities for each country 
• Support Data Cleansing efforts required by the country 
• Support all GHR API testing 
• Expertise in the Dayforce reporting module

YOUR SKILLS

• Database, SQL, joins, expressions writing skills
• Knowledge in SAP Adhoc query
• Advanced report writing skills
• Ability to analyze, map, compare, and transform data that may come from various sources and formats
