YOUR ROLE
- Manage, execute & implement sourcing projects at local/regional level in changing categories / countries and based on priorities defined by Regional Sourcing Project Team Lead. Independent project lead and project management of regional sourcing projects including alignment with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Ensure for all executed sourcing events full documentation, traceability & compliance.
- Active onboarding to sourcing projects by utilizing available self learning knowledge pieces (category factbook & basket playbook) to familiarize yet unknown categories / baskets.
- Execute negotiations with incumbent and new providers according to negotiation strategy
to achieve the best total cost of ownership at best terms and conditions. - Deliver on all KPI’s and targets according to yearly/long term planning and upfront target defined with Regional Sourcing Project Team Lead (Contribution to BU KPIs of NPD, Valco, CNWC, sustainability and SBM reduction).
- Execute also non-sourcing related projects / topics / tasks in the regions (Sustainability / LKSG, corporate projects etc.).
- Execute and coordinate contract reviews and signatures with the legal department and the stakeholders.
YOUR SKILLS
- 3+ professional experience in Purchasing
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Advanced level of English language (verbal and written form) is a must
- Knowledge of Romanian/Croatian/German is an advantage
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Economics/Business or similar
- Proficient user of MS Office and PowerPoint
- Experience in Multi-National environment is nice to have
- High degree of commitment, motivation and agility

Minimum salary: 1900 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
