YOUR ROLE
- Execute day to day activities for Source-to-Pay Indirect Materials & Services (IMS) Ordering by managing purchase orders in ARIBA; Ensuring compliance with the company’s Purchasing policies
- Assist customers/ users in ARIBA system navigation and troubleshooting; Coordinate with vendors for orders placed
- Manage business partners through governance calls and tools/ process pulse checks
- Perform continuous improvement tasks that will improve the process
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Purchasing from a shared service or GBS environment
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI is required; Background in using SAP, ARIBA, Macro is highly preferred
- Proficient English communication skills and with critical thinking abilities
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
