YOUR ROLE

• Be part of the local Corporate Communications (CC) and regional team to meet global and regional CC priorities and KP objectives.
• Applies a data-driven approach to drive communication success and support decision-making processes.
• Ensures compelling content in alignment with global and local messages and strategy to reach key stakeholders.
• Represents our role on ad hoc committees to ensure regional/local perspectives are reflected in CC strategies and projects.
• Develops and implements local CC strategy aligned with business priorities, Henkel strategic framework and CC priorities.
• Leads, manages and monitors local internal and external communication programs, CC projects and processes.
• Provides strategic communication advice and acts as an advisor to local/regional managers and local senior management.
• Assists local CC budget and deploys resources for internal activities.
• Supports the management of crisis communication and issues management activities, as well as public affairs activities.

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Corporate Communications
• Bachelors degree
• Fluent english
• Writing and composition skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Digital abilities
