YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field with at least 5 years professional HR experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in areas such as dispute resolution, performance management, employment law, employee relations, recruiting/ staffing, communications, training, compensation and benefits administration
- HR experience at a manufacturing plant strongly preferred.
- Society of Human Resource Management Certification preferred
- Ability to travel 10% time
- Experience supporting employees in multiple locations is preferred
- Computer – demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook, and HRIS/Payroll systems
The salary for this role is $99,000.00 - $118,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
