Photo Editing Expert ‏(Model & Hair Retouch)

YOUR ROLE

• Proficient in creating and enhancing visual content for eCommerce and Social Media platforms, websites, and digital channels; Evaluate and curate images for editing and publication; skillfully manipulate and retouch photos using industry-standard tools
  
• Specialized in advanced model retouching techniques; Essential expertise in hair color editing and grading effects
  
• Collaborate with business partners to strategize and implement digital content initiatives; Familiarity with printing processes to ensure optimal output quality;
  
• Work closely with the team to determine photography requirements and objectives; Uphold compliance with BU/brand guidelines and visual identity standards
  
• Manage the organization and storage of assets on relevant platforms; Support junior designers and conduct quality assurance checks
  
• Efficiently prioritize tasks and projects, maintaining an organized and methodical approach to work
  
• Provide regular updates, feedback, and timelines to stakeholders in a timely manner

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Photography, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Industrial Design, Digital Print Media or related courses
  
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in Photo Editing, Photo Manipulation, and Photo Retouching; Preferably obtained from Digital Agency or Media Publication Company
  
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is required; Adobe Illustrator is highly preferred
  
• Must be knowledgeable in in high-end model retouch and printing process; Hair coloration editing and color grading experience is a must
  
• Background in Photography and Conducting Photoshoots is an advantage
  
• Excellent English communication, high level of comprehension, time-management, and organizational skills; With high accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Application should include a portfolio with sample of digital photo content
  
• Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (12:00 NN to 9:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
