YOUR ROLE

• Organization and coordination of production process relevant steps to start production at European and international contract manufacturers
• Assurance that Henkel product requirements and specifications are fulfilled by the suppliers
• Execution of 3PM supplier segmentation and supplier portfolio
• Ensuring safety, health and environment- compliance at supplier and follow up results of audits
• Monitoring available vs. requested production capacities on short/mid/long term view and initiating the appropriate actions
• Close cooperation with other functions within the European organization (Purchasing, Marketing and Materials Management) in order to introduce new products and processes in time

YOUR SKILLS

• Min.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Economics or relatedfield
• 3-5years of professional work experience in the field of operations/manufacturing, project management or supply management from multinational stakeholders
• Technical background, process improvementand project management skills are beneficial
• Practical experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required, SAP experience is an advantage
• Fluent knowledge of English language is a must
• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and handle challenging deadlines
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel
• B category driving licence
