Intercompany Accountant

YOUR ROLE

• Ensure timely recording of all automated/manual transactions in the European Union (EU) /North America (NA)
  
• Analyze and resolve technical/system errors, identify root causes, and provide solutions to prevent recurrence
  
• Collaborate with local finance and business teams to ensure accurate recording and quality checks for all transactions
  
• Process all automated postings within the same month, maintain technical setup, and make corrections as needed
  
• Monitor, reconcile, and analyze items during day one (1) after month-end to ensure timely billing release
  
• Conduct quality checks during SAP releases and communicate any issues encountered
  
• Collaborate with process experts and team leads to drive continuous improvement within the process

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any business course; CPA License is an advantage
  
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of work experience in Accounts Payable, Process to Pay, or Intercompany process; obtained from a multinational or shared service center (SSC) working environment is an advantage
  
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  
• Knowledge in MS Office applications; Knowledge in SAP and Power BI is an advantage
  
• Analytical skills and project management background is required; Experience with Continuous Improvement is highly preferred
  
• Excellent English communication skills and experience in handling multinational stakeholders
  
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN to 9:00 PM)
