- Lead the Demand Planning process and S&OP process for the professional business segment in Mexico and export markets.
- Serve as the main contact for material coverage analysis and risk communication, collaborating closely with the Supply Planning team and effectively communicating with the Business and Sales teams.
- Analyze the impacts of slow-moving items and manage expiration dates to minimize inventory write-offs.
- Own and facilitate Demand Alignment Meetings to execute forecast enrichment processes and make volume decisions in alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the key user for the SAP APO system, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user training as necessary.
- Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to enhance forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of demand plans with business strategies and objectives.
