The Facility Manager will assist the HSC Infrastructure Manager in the planning and delivery of Facilities Management, Security Management, Resilience, Health, Safety and Sustainability in Belgium. He/she will also support in the tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects related to facility upgrades, renovations, or expansion. He/she will facilitate responsibilities to care for our people in terms of security, safety, health and environmental aspects. The main missions will be :
- Assist and update of preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment, systems, and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Create facility related orders and establish invoice process to maintain budgetary control over facility-related expenses.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects related to facility upgrades, renovations or expansions including maintaining documentation.
- Encourage and promote excellence and expertise in Facility Management, Continuous Improvement, Security Management, Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability topics.
